PivotPoint FAQ: How can we obtain MagicDraw demo licenses?

Disclaimer: MagicDraw™ Demo (a.k.a., Trial, Evaluation) Licenses are provided exclusively by Dassault Systèmes (DS, which acquired No Magic in 2018), a software tool vendor. PivotPoint Technology (PivotPoint), is a No Magic Training Partner, but PivotPoint cannot directly provide you with MagicDraw Demo Licenses. Consequently, if you do own your own MagicDraw Licenses for your integrated MBSE or Agile Architecture + MagicDraw Live Virtual Training, you will need to download MagicDraw Demo Licenses from the DS/No Magic web or coordinate with your DS/No Magic Sales Executive. Please see the following for details appropriate to your situation.

If you have scheduled integrated MBSE or Agile Architecture + MagicDraw tool training from PivotPoint, which is a No Magic Training Partner, you need to install MagicDraw™ v. 2021x or v. 2022x plugin software licenses prior to your training. The two most common cases are described below:

1) IF YOU ALREADY OWN AND HAVE INSTALLED MAGICDRAW LICENSES then inform PivotPoint what MAGICDRAW license type, version and edition you have installed. If you are taking MBSE + SysML tool training also confirm that you have the SysML plugin installed.

2) IF YOU DO NOT OWN MAGICDRAW LICENSES then register and download the DEMO VERSION FILE of MagicDraw edition = Enterprise & version = 2021x from the following link:

NOTE: Demo Versions are limited to save up to 20 Classes/Blocks, 25 States, Use Cases, Actions and Collaboration objects. If you are taking MBSE + SysML tool training you should also install the SysML and Cameo Simulation Toolkit plugins.

MAGICDRAW - LIVE VIRTUAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
If your MAGICDRAW modeling tool training is LIVE VIRTUAL TRAINING, you will likely require two displays or large windows (one to follow your Expert Instructor, the other to work with MAGICDRAW). Check out the Monitor/Display Needs for Remote Student Groups vs. Students "Working From Home" section.
